We ship within India through our trusted logistics partner. All orders are processed and dispatched from our facilities within India.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your pin code, order weight, and delivery speed
  • Free Shipping Promotion: We are currently offering FREE shipping on all orders across our serviceable areas
  • Payment Methods: We accept online payments only using Razorpay payment gateway (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Digital Wallets)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

Order Tracking

  • Real-time tracking available through our logistics partner's tracking system
  • SMS and email updates on order status
  • Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email

Delivery Process

  • Delivery attempts will be made during business hours (9 AM - 7 PM)
  • A signature or OTP verification may be required upon delivery
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, our logistics partner will attempt redelivery
  • Packages will be held at the nearest logistics facility for pickup if delivery attempts fail

Important Notes

  • Please ensure accurate delivery address including major road or landmark nearby and contact information within serviceable areas
  • Orders to non-serviceable areas will be automatically cancelled and refunded
  • Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Only prepaid orders are accepted - COD not available
